Privacy policy

Effective 24 July 2026

What this covers

This policy covers simvra.com: the pages you can browse, the forms on this site, and the files you can download. It does not cover conversations that happen once a project is underway.

What we collect

Every form on this site sends its fields to Formspree, which relays your message to Simvra by email. The site itself runs no database: your message lives in Formspree's records and in the Simvra inbox that receives it, and nowhere else.

  • Contact form: name, work email, company, project interest, timeline, an optional message, and your consent to be contacted back.
  • Inline enquiry forms, found across the site: work email, project interest, and an optional one-line description of your project.
  • One-pager download form: work email only.

We collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry. No form on this site has a phone number field.

Booking a call

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.eu, an EU-hosted scheduling service. It appears on the contact page and on the confirmation page shown after you send a message. Cal.eu processes what you enter when you book, meaning your name, your email, and the time you choose, under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

Simvra sets no cookies of its own anywhere on this site, and the site stores nothing in your browser: no localStorage, no sessionStorage. No cookie here is used for analytics or for advertising.

Two pages carry the Cal.eu booking calendar: the contact page and the confirmation page after you send a message. On those two pages the calendar loads from Cal.eu, and Cal.eu sets its own cookies to run the booking and to tell real visitors from bots. Those cookies belong to Cal.eu and are covered by its privacy policy. Every other page on this site sets no cookies at all.

The private demo link carries a short key in its address. That key is read from the address bar and checked once. It is never written to a cookie, to localStorage, or to sessionStorage.

Analytics

Page views and load times are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports aggregate numbers only, such as how many people visited a page and how quickly it loaded.

File hosting

Media and downloadable files, meaning video, images, and the capabilities one-pager, are served from Cloudflare R2, Simvra's file storage. Asking for a file sends the same basic details your browser sends to any website: which file you asked for, what browser you are using, and your network address.

Who processes your data

  • Formspree: relays form submissions to Simvra.
  • Google Workspace: hosts the Simvra inbox that receives them.
  • Cal.eu: handles call bookings, and sets its own cookies on the two pages that carry the calendar.
  • Cloudflare: hosts the site's files and measures aggregate traffic.

We do not sell or share your data, and we run no advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as your enquiry is open, and for no longer than 12 months after our last exchange. If you tell us you are no longer interested, we delete it at that point.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it directly.

Changes to this policy
