What this covers

This policy covers simvra.com: the pages you can browse, the forms on this site, and the files you can download. It does not cover conversations that happen once a project is underway.

What we collect

Enquiry forms send your details to Formspree, which stores the submission and forwards it to Simvra by email. We keep your message in Formspree and our inbox.

• Contact form: name, work email, project description, optional company, and your consent to be contacted back.
• If you arrive through a project-specific enquiry link, its context may be included with your message.

The capabilities PDF downloads without a form or email address. No enquiry form on this site has a phone number field.

Booking a call

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.eu, an EU-hosted scheduling service. It can load automatically on the contact page, before you book a call. Cal.eu processes what you enter when you book, meaning your name, your email, and the time you choose, under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

Simvra sets no cookies of its own for analytics or advertising. The interactive training demo saves your sound on/off preference in your browser.

The calendar can load automatically from Cal.eu on the contact page. Cal.eu can set its own cookies and use local storage to run booking and distinguish visitors from bots, even if you do not book a call. Those are covered by its privacy policy.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and loading times. Reports include pages visited, referring websites, country, browser and device type. This measurement does not use cookies or identify an enquiry or a customer. Cloudflare also processes website requests for hosting and security. Simvra does not use advertising trackers.

File hosting

Media and downloadable files, meaning video, images, and the capabilities one-pager, are served by Cloudflare. Asking for a file sends the same basic details your browser sends to any website: which file you asked for, what browser you are using, and your network address.

Who processes your data

• Formspree: relays form submissions to Simvra.
• Google Workspace: hosts the Simvra inbox that receives them.
• Cal.eu: provides the embedded calendar and handles call bookings on its booking page.
• Cloudflare: hosts the site's files and measures aggregate traffic.

The providers listed above process information to run enquiries, bookings, hosting and analytics. We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as your enquiry is open, and for no longer than 12 months after our last exchange. If you tell us you are no longer interested, we delete it at that point.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it directly.
