EQUIPMENT DEMONSTRATIONS

Show your equipment without shipping it

Give buyers a way to explore your equipment and follow a guided walkthrough at a sales meeting, showroom or trade show.

Make the machine easier to explain

Explore the equipment

  • Give buyers a model they can inspect and navigate, with the parts and views needed to explain your machine.

Guide the conversation

  • Build a short walkthrough around the product features your sales team needs to show. Leave room for free exploration.

Show selected options

  • Choose the variants, finishes or component states that help a buyer understand the machine. Start with the options that matter for one machine.

Equipment models used in training

Simvra converted supplied machine and CAD content into an interactive VR training module. Learners identify equipment, follow flow paths and answer questions about the system.

This project is a training example. For a sales demonstration, we would build the interactions around the buyer’s questions.

Equipment demonstrations

Focused demonstration

  • A focused demonstration covers one equipment package and one delivery target. It includes CAD preparation and optimization, selected custom interactions, branded presentation and device testing. We review your CAD and the demonstration you need before confirming a fixed price and delivery schedule.
  • More extensive modelling, additional variants, complex animations and integrations are quoted separately. You can commission a complete demonstration directly or start with a pilot when you need to test the approach.

Larger demonstration

  • Larger demonstrations and multiple delivery targets are quoted individually. Pilot credit applies only when the quote explicitly commissions a pilot and states the credit.

Planning your equipment demo

A standalone headset lets buyers see the machine at full scale. A desktop or touchscreen works for a demonstration led by your sales team. Tablet support is an option we can assess. We start with one device and check its hardware with you before committing to the build.

An installed demo can run offline on the device it was built for. Streaming an Unreal demo through a browser needs an internet connection and a separate streaming subscription. We'll discuss installation and connectivity before deciding which option to build.

An NDA comes before confidential material exchange. Your CAD is used to build your demo. We confirm the required files, ownership and source-file handling with you before transfer.

These are optional additions. We'll decide with you what information to collect, where it should go and how to test the connection before adding it to the project.

What should a buyer be able to see or do?

Tell me about the machine, where you’ll show it and which device you have in mind.
