TRAINING AFTER THE SALE
Customer and dealer training for your equipment
Help customers and dealers learn how to use and support the equipment you supply. We build interactive training around the tasks your product specialists need to teach.

What should they be able to do?
Choose the tasks that need practice after delivery. Depending on your equipment, a lesson could cover:
Customer operators
- Identify controls and follow the operating sequence.
- Recognise a warning and choose the next action.
Dealer technicians
- Practise an inspection or service procedure.
- Work through a fault with feedback on each step.
Product trainers
- Use a shared equipment model to explain a procedure.
- Review the lesson with learners before supervised practice.
Start with one procedure
Share the task you teach, the people learning it and the material you already use. We discuss a first lesson or prototype and review it with your equipment expert.
Steps and feedback
- Your specialist checks the sequence, instructions and feedback before the lesson is accepted.
Delivery format
- Choose VR, an installed PC application or browser training to suit the task. Phone and tablet use is scoped for the controls and lesson involved.
Training materials
- Manuals, photos, videos and drawings can support development. If you have CAD, we review what can be reused and what needs preparation.
Need to explain the product to buyers?
An equipment demonstration can help your sales team show the machine and its options. Customer training focuses on the tasks people need to carry out once they have it.

Yes. Choose one model and a procedure your customers or dealers need to practise. We can discuss a prototype first, then use the review to decide whether to develop more lessons.
Use the simulation to prepare learners and repeat selected procedures. Your instructors still decide what supervised practice and assessment they need on the real equipment.
Browser training can include an optional dashboard for assignments and results. Tell us who needs access and what you want to review. Connections to an existing learning system are checked and scoped separately.
We discuss what the learner needs to practise and where they will use it. A browser lesson may suit a guided procedure, while VR may suit tasks where scale and movement matter. Each delivery format is scoped and tested separately.
